Our client is a successful online business offering a wide range of automotive services and with their current rebranded business, they have a lot of ongoing investment and are experiencing rapid success! Being located in brand new state-of-the-art offices, just a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Station, the successful candidate can enjoy a great environment of social activities and shopping opportunities just outside their doorstep. Our client is looking for a talented CRM professional to manage digital acquisition and retention strategies, CRM segmentation, direct marketing, data mining and database marketing.

The CRM Manager will join a dedicated Marketing team and drive all the CRM activities across the consumer platforms like Website push, Email, SMS and hopefully look into implementing new opportunities like an App. The Successful candidate will be working with a consumer database of over 3 million users and have the full overview of the full consumer life cycle, consumer purchase and engagement. Using software tools like Cronofy and Wonderpush, the CRM Manager will have a full overview of the online consumer journey to enhance the marketing strategy and identify new digital acquisition, retention and engagement strategies. Main responsibilities of the CRM Manager

  • Enhance digital acquisition, retention and engagement strategies to improve the overall customer lifecycle
  • Develop the connection between the CRM and Marketing functions in the business by managing CRM segmentation, data mining, email marketing, direct marketing and database marketing
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to provide CRM insight and influence the digital marketing strategy
  • Run post campaign analytics to benefit the marketing strategy
  • Run and manage Google Analytics to report directly to the Head of Marketing and Senior Management teams on CRM activity and performance
  • Focus CRM activity via email, mobile, referral schemes, contact centre engagement and identify new potential activities or platforms to optimise the consumer experience
  • Ensure to have the full consumer overview enable to identify improvements and new strategies to the consumer lifecycle
  • Using software tools like Cronofy and Wonderpush to enhance the marketing strategy

Required skills and experience of the CRM Manager

  • Previous experience in a CRM role (preferably 2-3 years)
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM connecting tools like Cronofy and Wonderpush
  • Outstanding analytical mindset to manage CRM segmentation, data mining, direct marketing, email marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience of generating results
  • Strong business mindset and ability to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent knowledge email marketing campaign software tools and analytical tools like Google Analytics
