This award-winning agency is seeking a creative and driven Account Executive to join their exciting team and assist on campaigns for global clients. The successful candidate will work alongside the team on all aspects of account handling in order to ensure the success of the account. It is therefore essential to demonstrate a thorough understanding of account handling principles, and be able to pay significant attention to detail and be solution-orientated and hardworking.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive:

  • Assist in client projects from start to finish.
  • Stay on top of all projects, and aim to solve any issues before they occur.
  • Conduct a variety of sessions and meetings, such as problem analysis sessions, brainstorms, client status meetings, customer insight sessions, and pre-production meetings.
  • Ensure timely implementation and invoicing, competent financial control, and full activity measurement and evaluation on all assigned projects.
  • Manage the briefing, fulfilment, and briefing of projects.
  • Produce weekly timesheets and expenses at the end of each month.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Able to communicate in a concise, professional, and eloquent manner.
  • Good understanding of promotional and BTL marketing.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of account handling principles, such as design, print, production, and client management.
  • Creative in all aspects of the job role.
  • Able to manage time and workload efficiently.
  • Enthusiastic and always willing to give help across the agency.
  • Understanding of the budgeting process.
  • Demonstrate significant attention to detail.
  • Be thorough, positive, solution-orientated, hard-working, driven, and proactive at all times.
