Our client is seeking a smart, talented Account Manager with a passion for technology in the B2B space to join their team.  The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of current and new clients to ensure we meet their expectations and drive additional revenue opportunities.  You will utilise a deep understanding of client’s challenges, strategy and opportunities in order to construct tailor-made solutions which will drive client performance.

This role involves working closely alongside our internal team of tech-support, creative and marketing to deliver as much support as possible to clients. You will be expected to maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of all account activity, forecast opportunities and ensure sales targets are achieved through providing clients with the best possible services!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Develop good understanding of clients, their strategy, and their goals in order to help them achieve their objectives
  • Work towards a growing client portfolio
  • You will be required to visit clients on-site for face to face meetings
  • Managing a portfolio of current and new clients in order to ensure their expectations are met and drive additional revenue opportunities
  • Package and present tailored solutions and be able to deliver effective and efficient account management that drives client performance

Required Skills

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in engaging retained accounts, developing strategy and structuring proposals.
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Experience in Direct Sales and Sales Management
  • Good knowledge of Web Technologies
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Effective planning and project management skills
