The role of Product Manager is located in the company’s offices in Manchester. They require someone who is creative minded and has a keen eye for new ideas. The main duties of the Product Manager are to ensure a high return on investment. This will be achieved through identifying changes to satisfy customer needs and generate business in line with strategic and tactical requirements As well as this you will need to follow product development through various stages to ensure the product is being produced as efficiently as possible! If you make solid predictions of what ideas will be successful then you’ll fit in very well at this company!

Main responsibilities of the Product Manager:

  • Produce and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision
  • Record and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and any other relevant teams to improve processes and features
  • Liaise and work alongside Senior Management to develop product plans
  • Lead product managers and direct cross-functional teams
  • Develop and review product requirement documents
  • Make sure that all products are released within the designated timeframes
  • Suggest creative options to expand the product base
  • Think of ways to track product use

Required skills of the Product Manager:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science or related field
  • Background in software development and program management
  • Knowledgeable in product lifecycle management
  • Understanding of the Agile framework
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Up to date understanding of relevant technologies
  • Solid experience in using relevant road mapping devices alongside documenting and diagramming techniques
